Big Mac Meatloaf is a delicious and fun twist on a classic dish. It is made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and a variety of other ingredients that give it the flavor of a Big Mac. Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion, and pickles. Mix well.
Transfer meatloaf mixture to prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center registers 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Top with cheese and Thousand Island dressing.
Serve immediately.
Tips
For a spicier meatloaf, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
For a healthier meatloaf, use ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef.
To make ahead, prepare the meatloaf mixture and bake it in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. When ready to bake, remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center registers 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
