I first made these Go Bears Party Ryes when I was in college. I was a huge Cal Bears fan, and I wanted to make something special for a tailgate party. The ryes were a huge hit, and they've been a staple at my tailgates ever since.

These ryes are so easy to make, and they're always a crowd-pleaser. The combination of the savory meat mixture and the melted cheese is simply irresistible. I love to serve them with a side of my favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.

Personalization:

I love to add my own personal touch to these ryes. Sometimes I'll add a splash of hot sauce to the meat mixture for a bit of heat. Other times I'll top the ryes with some chopped vegetables, such as onions, peppers, or mushrooms.

I also like to experiment with different types of cheese. Sometimes I'll use a combination of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Other times I'll use a smoked cheese, such as gouda or Gruyère.

No matter how you make them, Go Bears Party Ryes are always a hit. So next time you're looking for a delicious and easy appetizer to make, be sure to give them a try!
