Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together sugar and oil until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
