Story:

I first made this pork chops and rice casserole recipe when I was in college. I was home for the holidays, and my mom asked me to help her make dinner. I volunteered to make the casserole, because I had never made it before and I was excited to try something new.

The casserole turned out amazing! It was moist and flavorful, with just the right amount of cheese. My family and friends loved it, and I've been making it every year since then.

Now, whenever I make this casserole, it takes me back to that special time at home for the holidays. It's a reminder of family, friends, and good times. And it always makes me feel warm and cozy inside.
