The Best Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ever

I love cheesecake. It's one of my favorite desserts. But I especially love chocolate chip cheesecake. There's something about the combination of the rich, creamy cheesecake and the sweet, gooey chocolate chips that just makes my mouth water.

I've been making chocolate chip cheesecake for years, and I've perfected my recipe over time. I've tried different types of chocolate chips, different amounts of chocolate chips, and different baking times. And I've finally found the perfect combination that results in the most delicious chocolate chip cheesecake you'll ever taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.

  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips.

  4. Pour batter into prepared crust. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until cheesecake is set but still slightly wiggly in the center.

  5. Let cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.

  • If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a 9-inch pie plate. Just be sure to line the plate with parchment paper before adding the crust.

  • To prevent the cheesecake from cracking, let it cool slowly in the oven with the door slightly ajar.

  • Serve the cheesecake with fresh fruit or whipped cream.

Enjoy!

Here are some additional tips and tricks for making the best chocolate chip cheesecake ever:

  • Use the highest quality ingredients you can find. This will make a big difference in the taste of the cheesecake.

  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the cheesecake tough.

  • Bake the cheesecake until it is just set in the center. An overbaked cheesecake will be dry and crumbly.

  • Let the cheesecake cool completely before serving. This will help it set and prevent it from cracking.

  • Serve the cheesecake with your favorite toppings. I like to serve it with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce.

With these tips, you'll be sure to make the best chocolate chip cheesecake ever!
