I love cookies. I love the way they smell when they're baking, the way they taste warm and gooey fresh out of the oven, and the way they make me feel happy and content. But sometimes, I want a cookie that's a little more exciting. That's why I created this kitchen sink version of the classic cookie.
This recipe is full of flavor and texture. It's made with all of my favorite chocolatey mix-ins, including semisweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, M&Ms, and toffee bits. The chocolate chips add richness, the peanut butter chips add creaminess, the M&Ms add color and crunch, and the toffee bits add a bit of sweetness.
These cookies are perfect for a casual weeknight dessert or a special occasion. They're also great for parties and gatherings. They're sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them!
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup M&Ms
1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, M&Ms, and toffee bits.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
For a chewier cookie, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
For a crispier cookie, bake for a few minutes longer.
Feel free to add your favorite chocolatey mix-ins. Some other good options include:
