I love a good burger, and I especially love a burger with a little kick. That's why I'm so excited to share this recipe for little kick jalapeno burgers. These burgers are packed with flavor, and they're sure to please everyone at your next cookout.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns
Your favorite toppings, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup
Instructions:
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Form the ground beef mixture into four equal-sized patties.
Grill the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns.
To assemble the burgers, place a patty on the bottom half of a bun. Top with your favorite toppings, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
For a spicier burger, leave the seeds in the jalapeno pepper.
If you don't have a grill, you can cook the burgers in a skillet on the stovetop. Just heat the skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
Get creative with your toppings! There are endless possibilities when it comes to toppings for burgers. Some of my favorite toppings include bacon, avocado, pickles, and onions.
Enjoy!
Here are some additional thoughts on this recipe:
I love the combination of the jalapeno pepper and the ground beef. The jalapeno pepper adds a nice bit of heat, while the ground beef provides a hearty and flavorful base.
I also love the fact that this recipe is so easy to make. It's perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
